Exchange Policy:

- No Pickup Service: Currently, we do not offer a pickup service for exchange requests. You will need to arrange for the courier of the product manually.

- Review and Response: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide the address to which you need to send the courier.

- Condition of Product: Please return the item(s) in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged, with all original tags/labels attached.
- Dispatch: Upon receiving your parcel, we’ll promptly send the requested product(s) to the original shipping address.
- Clearance Items: Items bought in the Clearance Sale are not eligible for exchange.

- Costs: All costs associated with returning the item(s) including return shipping charges and any taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that the refunded amount will have the shipping charges deducted.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refund Processing: We will refund the full amount within 07 business days after the product has been received and inspected. The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made.
